What We Do
Three Pillars of Transformation
Develop
MacEwan-certified 3-day High-Performance Career Program that translates your military attributes into civilian-recognized credentials.
1
Connect
Resume optimization, interview coaching, and direct introductions to employer partners who understand veteran value.
2
Empower
Ongoing support through free courses, networking events, job boards, and entrepreneurship resources—without hand-holding.
3
The Battle Doesn't End When the Uniform Comes Off
Every year, over 7,500 Canadian Armed Forces members transition to civilian life. While they bring Career, resilience, problem-solving skills, and unmatched work ethic, 1 in 4 struggle to find stable, meaningful careers.
The issue isn't capability—it's positioning. Veterans don't lack talent; they lack:
Insider knowledge of civilian career pathways
Access to decision-makers who understand their value
Opportunities that match their potential
This underemployment doesn't just affect individuals—it impacts families, communities, and Canada's economic strength. Loss of purpose can lead to mental health challenges, family stress, and isolation.
We exist to change that narrative.
